Canadian filmmaker Chloe De Chevigny was born in Ontario to a French family and moved to Québec at the age of nine. Her father had a career in the Canadian military and as a young man dreamed of becoming a cameraman. This led him to becoming a film buff. Chloe grew up watching many of his favorite Science Fiction movies as well as the 3000+ movies her father had collected over the years.


Chloe attended anglophile schools until college where she studied Visual Arts in French. At the age of 19, she took an academic break to travel across Canada. Chloe moved to the Alberta Rockies and then by the British Columbia West Coast for three years.
In 2022, after spending a few months abroad in Hawaii, Bali, and Thailand, Chloe returned to Quebec to study film at O’Sullivan College. She is currently in development of a new UFO-themed documentary TV series.
