Horacio discovered this image in late December 2023, when he was reviewing the photos taken by his surveillance camera — he had mounted the camera on the gate in front of his house, on Fountain Ave. He told The WOW! Signal:
“Normally, this camera is aimed at the street – but for some reason that night, it aimed itself at the sky. I have no idea how that happened!”
