Kosta Gus Makres
Kosta is the founder of The People's Disclosure Movement (2010) and the ETLetsTalk.com community (2012). He was born in Ft. Wayne, IN, in 1953 and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. Kosta subsequently enjoyed a three-decade-long career in the Silicon Valley, CA, as a software consultant to many large and small high-technology companies.
As a young man, he always had his eye on the heavens and his heart in the stars, studying astronomy and enjoying the view from his telescope, reading science fiction stories, following the NASA space explorations, and eventually reading about and finding fascination with the UFO/UAP experiences of the Contactees of the 1950s and 1960s. Amazingly, in 2006, at the foot of majestic Mt. Shasta in Northern California, Kosta became a Contactee -- an Experiencer -- himself via two dramatic up close and personal encounters with Star People. In 2010 he had further communication with Star People which continues to this day.
As a result of his Mt. Shasta 2006 experiences, Kosta became a "Knower" not just a "Believer" as far as the existence of Star People was concerned.
In 2010, Kosta founded The People's Disclosure Movement. This movement has more than one million members worldwide who are crowd-sourcing UFO/UAP Disclosure through human-initiated, interactive communication with Star People (called "CE-5"). This grassroots activity is called The Global CE-5 Initiative, which continues to host monthly global Star People contact events. As a result, rather than relying on governments to create UFO/UAP Disclosure, this organic movement accomplished its People's Disclosure in 2019 according to the Star People. This means that moving forward from 2019, they stated that no Earthly authority could ever again cover up their presence on and near our planet.
ETLetsTalk.com continues to teach everyday people how to make their own benevolent contact with Star People. According to extensive research done in 2016, there are an estimated 1.3 billion adults on Earth who believe that Star Civilizations exist and that we should communicate with them. Kosta and his allies make extensive use of social media to reach this large cohort of Humanity whose minds are open to interaction with the inhabitants of the Cosmos.
