Nils-Claudio Sierck is primarily responsible for business development and partner relations at Malao, exploring ways to reimagine the entertainment industry and bring the world more inspiring stories across any medium. Nils was born in South Africa and joined Malao in 2015. From an early age, he was driven by the question of how to combine both social and ecological commitment with economic efficiency.

He curated the Ambassadors for Hope event co-hosted with the former UN General Secretary and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Kofi Annan as his first initiative in this field.

In 2012, Nils-Claudio began studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) at the University of Witten/Herdecke before fully devoting himself to his entrepreneurial activities. He co-produced the Indo-German movie Away and founded his own production company prior to Malao.
