Taurus M. Bailey has been a partner in the Bailey & Bailey Law Firm based in Memphis, TN, since 2016. There he provides personal injury litigation, and federal criminal litigation primarily under the Criminal Justice Act Panel. Between 1999 to 2016, Taurus held a number of legal positions for a variety of entities, including the State of Tennessee Treasury Department; the State of Tennessee Attorney General’s Office; the Walter Bailey Law Firm; Shelby County (as a Public Defender); the T. Bailey Law Office (as Solo Legal Practitioner); and the City of Memphis, Division of Legal Affairs as a part time Staff Attorney.

For most of his life, Taurus was a huge skeptic of all things paranormal, and was heavily into astrophysics until 2014, when he heard about Dr. Edgar Mitchell and other high profile paranormal experiencers. Taurus witnessed his first UFO in October 2019, which led him to try a CE5 session alone by using the app/tutorials from Dr. Steven Greer.

He also began to study remote viewing. He continued solo CE5 sessions lightly for three months, and then undertook an ET contact experiment for an hour on vacation by a lake on April 2, 2021. While he didn't see another UFO that night, he did receive very clear telepathic visions -- with audio -- for three nights straight. He decided to continue communicating with paranormal entities, while also completing a remote viewing course.

During June 2021, after another attempt at communicating with extraterrestrials, nothing happened for Taurus until a few days later, when he returned home. All the power went out at his home in the middle of the night – he got up to look out the window, while his wife, a light sleeper, never woke up. An extremely concentrated bright white-blue light (mostly blue) engulfed Taurus’s home as well as the entire property above his house for three solid minutes.

When the powerful outdoor light shut off, all the power came back on inside his home. After this experience, numerous high-strangeness events began taking place for Taurus. Multiple times, he experienced lights switching on and off in his house, but only near him; his phone calls became scrambled; his TV would come on at 2:30 am; the music speakers inside his home began blaring mediation chants that he had done earlier that same day in his car. One night after smelling sulfur, Taurus suspected something was going to occur soon, so he went upstairs. There, he heard two disembodied voices speaking directly into his ear, but not in English.

Many additional paranormal moments continued to be experienced by Taurus for more than eight months, before these high-strangeness events finally began to slow down.
