Tracey Garbutt Dolan is a Close Encounter researcher, a professionally trained remote viewer, and podcast co-host with husband Richard Dolan (available on the richarddolanmembers.com website).

She lectures on all things UFO with a focus on the mind and transpersonal consciousness, as it relates to Abduction, Close Encounter reports, controlled remote viewing, precognition, lucid dreaming, OBE, and other anomalous experiences. Her lecture series is aptly called: "The Final Frontier is in Here," which among other things is designed to encourage people to more deeply explore their own mind and its limitless capabilities. 

She has conducted in-depth first-person qualitative research on abductees and experiencers of unexplained phenomena. Her particular interest is in cross examining Close Encounter UFO / UAP reports, psi disciplines, the mind, and the psychological experience. 

Her additional areas of focus have included "Hooded Being" reports, split brain research, dreamworlds, gamma brain waves, psi disciplines, blindfolded work, and the psychological effects that anomalous encounters leave behind. Her perspectives and research are viewed both through the lens of personal experiences, and by way of her degree, including perspectives from physiological psychology, medical anthropology, world religions, psychology of religion and spirituality, health psychology, etc.
