Victor Viggiani

Victor Viggiani has appeared as host and guest host on CFRB 1010 Toronto's Strange Days Indeed, AM 740 Zoomer Radio, Toronto, and Toronto Corus Ent. Radio AM 640. Victor was a key figure in introducing the Honourable Paul T. Hellyer to the UFO phenomenon. Hellyler served as Deputy Prime Minister of Canada under Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau and Minister of Canadian National Defence under Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson, and Member of the Privy Council (Canada).

Victor proposed to Mr. Hellyer that he present the keynote address at the Symposium on UFO Disclosure and Planetary Directions at the University of Toronto's Convocation Hall in 2005 before an audience of over 500 and Toronto media. From 2005 until his passing in August of 2021, Mr. Hellyer was afforded the distinction of being the first and only North American politician of cabinet rank to demand public government UFO disclosure.

Victor served as Media Liaison for Mr Hellyer for over 15 years. Victor also was a radio host-promoter of and lecturer at the Modern Knowledge Tour - a series of lectures on UFO Disclosure presented across Canada. The tour visited Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver in 2015 featuring the Hon. Paul Hellyer, Richard M. Dolan, Steven Bassett, Grant Cameron and Stanton T. Friedman. As a radio journalist in Toronto, Victor produces audio podcast material and has interviewed over 100 international experts, filmmakers and authors from around the world on the topic of UFOs. Of particular note and, as a disquieting element of his research, Victor has delved into the perplexing and controversial phenomenon of 'alien abductions'.

In his work with over 15 'abductees' since 2003, Victor, along with his mentor, the late Dr. John E. Mack, Head of Psychiatry at Harvard University, both concluded that there is sufficient evidence to suggest that a significant portion of the human population has experience direct contact with beings from several off-world civilizations.

Victor's unique style of engagement as a speaker has made him a valued and sought after contributor to a range of television, radio and podcast platforms across Canada, in Australia, the UK and the United States. Victor currently serves as President of the Membership for ICER, the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research. ICER is a global NGO representing 27 countries across six continents; North America, Europe, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and South America. Victor has conducted extensive on-site research in the American southwest at locations such as Area 51, Groom Lake Nevada, Corona NM, Roswell MN, Socorro MN, The Very Large Array NM, White Sands NM, Los Alamos National Laboratories, Dulce New Mexico and in Canberra Australia.

Not only does Victor possess a vast wealth of experience as a UAP research analyst - in his professional career as a teacher and school Principal from 1969 to 2000 he gained wide respect for his expertise in teaching, communications, conflict management, mentorship and counselling. Victor's study of anomalous aerial phenomenon involves UFO sightings report investigation, academic and radio journalism with a primary focus on public awareness and education. Victor is also an accomplished musician and music enthusiast. He resides in Mississauga Ontario Canada.
